PRIX SSAHE DE MORPHOLOGIE |
Der Preis wird für besondere wissenschaftliche Leistungen verliehen und der Kandidatin oder dem Kandidaten mit dem besten Oeuvre zuerkannt. Das Schwergewicht der Tätigkeit muss auf morphologischem Gebiet liegen.
Der Preis besteht aus einer Urkunde und einer Preissumme von Fr 5'000.
Bewerberinnen und Bewerber dürfen das 40. Lebensjahr nicht überschritten haben und müssen an einem Morphologischen Institut oder einer vergleichbaren Forschungseinrichtung in der Schweiz tätig sein.
Weitere Informationen sind den Statuten des Preises und den Bewerbungsunterlagen zu entnehmen, die auf der Website der Gesellschaft publiziert sind.
Die Unterlagen müssen bis zum 15. Juli 2010 beim Sekretär der SGAHE eingereicht werden.
Der Preis wird anlässlich der folgenden Jahrestagung der Union Schweizerischer Gesellschaften für Experimentelle Biologie (USGEB) öffentlich verliehen.
Die Preisträgerin oder der Preisträger ist gehalten, im Rahmen der Preisverleihung die eigene aktuelle Forschung zu präsentieren. |
Le prix vise à récompenser un travail scientifique original. Il sera décerné à la candidate ou au candidat ayant réalisé le meilleur travaux/travail relevant essentiellement des sciences morphologiques.
Le prix est constitué d’un diplôme et doté d’une somme de Fr. 5'000.
La candidate ou le candidat ne doit pas être âgé de plus de 40 ans et doit occuper en Suisse un poste dans un institut de morphologie ou dans une institution similaire.

Le dossier de candidature doit être adressé au secrétaire de la SSAHE jusqu'au 15 Juillet 2010.
Le prix est décerné officiellement lors de l'assemblée générale suivante de l’Union des Sociétés Suisses de Biologie Expérimentale (USSBE).
La lauréate ou le lauréat est tenu(e) de présenter à l'assemblée le travail primé lors de l'attribution du prix. |

In 1988, the SSAHE introduced the Gian Töndury Prize with the aim to promote young scientists.The award was initially funded by the family Töndury and the Companies Weidmann und Söhne AG Zürich, Olympus Optical (Switzerland) AG, Wild, and Leitz in Zürich, Silicon Graphics and others. The prize (diploma and reward of CHF 3'000) was awarded anually for the best morphological poster presented at the USGEB Meetings. In 1996, the SSAHE introduced new statutes for the Gian Töndury-prize. To further promote research in morphological sciences, the SSAHE decided to increase the prize-sum to CHF 5'000 and to award meritious studies contributing substantially to relevant problems in biological and/or medical sciences as well as papers dealing with the development of new morphological techniques. The prize was funded by the Companies Leica, Philips Industrial Electronics, and Zeiss. In 2002, the Gian Töndury Prize was replaced by the two above mentioned new awards (Dissertationpreis der SGAHE / Prix SSAHE de la meilleure Thèse en Morphologie; Morphologiepreis der SGAHE / Prix SSAHE de Morphologie)
